What this service is

SUDHA SOFTWARE provides a mobile application for shops to record their product prices, their credit ledger (who owes the shop money), and their purchase shortage list.

It is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accounting system, a tax filing service, or a substitute for your own books. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for meeting any legal or tax obligations that apply to your business.

Your shop and your staff

Your shop is identified by a shop code, and each person signs in with their own PIN. You are responsible for who you give access to, and for the actions taken by anyone using your shop code.

Choose a PIN that is not easily guessed, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has access who should not.

Your data belongs to you

The records you enter — your customers, their balances, your products and prices — are yours. We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or use them to build products for anyone else.

You may ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how.

Trial, payment and expiry

New shops start on a free trial of the whole application. After that a shop can stay on the free plan for as long as it likes, or take an annual paid plan. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR): Single Shop at ₹499/year (introductory ₹299 for the first year) and Multi Shop at ₹999/year (up to 3 shops). Being a digital cloud software service (SaaS), access is provisioned immediately upon signup or payment. Payment is made online on our website through Razorpay (UPI, cards or netbanking), or arranged directly with us.

When a trial or a paid plan ends, the shop moves to the free plan. Nothing is locked or deleted: everything already written can still be read, changed and used, including credit and payments for every existing customer. Only adding more than 50 products, 25 customers or 10 suppliers to a shop is limited, until a paid plan is taken.

Availability and backups

We take regular encrypted backups and work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or that data can always be recovered.

Because your credit ledger records money owed to you, we strongly recommend you keep your own independent record of significant amounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store unlawful content, to record data about people without a legitimate reason, or to attempt to reach another shop's records.

We may suspend access where the service is being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers other shops' data.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not responsible for losses arising from your own record-keeping, from decisions you take based on the app, or from your customers failing to pay you.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data.

We may end the agreement where fees remain unpaid after a reasonable reminder, or where the acceptable-use terms above are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
