Cancellation and Refund Policy

Try it before you pay

Every new shop gets a free trial of 30 days with nothing to pay and no card or UPI mandate taken. The trial is the whole application, not a reduced version of it, so you can decide during it whether the service is worth paying for.

Launch offer: the first 50 shops to open get the whole application free until 31 January 2027, and never less than the 30-day trial.

Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. The shop simply moves to the free plan, and can stay on it for as long as it likes.

How to cancel

There is no auto-renewal and no recurring mandate. A subscription is paid for a fixed period, and it ends on its own at the end of that period unless you pay again — so cancelling means nothing more than not renewing.

You can tell us you are stopping at any time, using the contact details below. You do not have to give a reason.

Refunds

If you tell us within 7 days of a payment that you no longer want the service, we will refund that payment in full.

A payment made online is refunded to the UPI account, card or bank it came from.

After those 7 days, a period already used is not refunded. If you have paid for a longer period and stop partway through, contact us — where the unused part is substantial we will normally refund it in proportion, rounded to whole months in your favour.

If the service is unusable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will extend your paid period or refund the affected part, whichever you prefer.

How a refund reaches you

Refunds go back by the same route the payment came in — to the UPI ID or bank account it was paid from. We do not refund to a different account than the one that paid.

Once approved, a refund is sent within 7 working days. How quickly it then appears is up to your bank.

Your data when you stop

Ending a subscription does not delete anything. Your records stay readable, and you can export your shop's data — customers, balances, products and prices — from within the application before or after you stop.

If you want your data deleted rather than kept, ask us and we will close the shop. It stops working at once and is deleted for good 30 days later, so there is time to change your mind. See the Privacy Policy for what that covers.
